| Hiring Process |
| CCC Recruiters are constantly hiring child caregivers and teachers. Candidates may apply online or in-person. Once your application has been received, one of CCC’s experienced Recruiters will contact you to schedule an in-person interview. During the interview the Recruiter will assess your experience and qualifications and discuss your employment preferences with you. You will also be required to complete some paperwork. After a successful interview the CCC Recruiter will guide you through any state requirements (such as a criminal background check and tuberculosis test) that you may need to complete before you are eligible to work in a licensed child care facility.
