| Job Responsibilities |
You will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the company’s temporary and permanent staffing services in your area. Main tasks include identifying prospective customer targets, making sales calls to schools to introduce our services and following-up to convert these schools into customers, occasionally attending industry functions and events so as to cultivate contacts with prospective customers, processing paperwork related to customer contracts and credit checks, assisting with the development of promotional and advertising programs, newsletters, etc. This position involves spending approximately two-thirds of your time out of the office visiting prospective customers. |
| Qualifications |
A.A. degree or equivalent. Good interpersonal and sales skills, strong English verbal and written communication skills, persistence in following-up with prospects to convert them to customers required. Candidate must be self-starter who can make things happen. Prior sales experience and/or background in early childhood education is a plus. ** Car and car insurance required** |

Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hourly wage plus performance based bonuses. Benefits, including medical and dental insurance. Business related travel expenses are reimbursed. |

| Job Responsibilities |
You will be responsible for taking customer orders for temporary staff; reaching appropriate employees in our employee pool to verify their availability; matching orders with available employees and confirming placements back to customers. You will occasionally also be asked to do in-house sales calls to existing customers to solicit additional business.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL, Part-time, hourly position. Specific hours are 2pm-7pm Monday through Friday.

| Qualifications |
A.A. degree or equivalent. Orderly work habits, punctuality, attention to detail, efficiency and courtesy on the phone are absolutely necessary. Ability to learn quickly, harmonious and supportive relationship with co-workers in a team environment and good command of both written and spoken English is expected. |
